RAJACK is a speciality manufacturer. Although we stock some frequently ordered items, most of our products are "MADE TO ORDER". We keep a large inventory of raw materials on hand. Our goal is to stay nimble enough to manufacture to your sizing and finish requests while keeping the cost and lead times reasonable.

First and foremost we love our DIY-HOME OWNER customers and want to help you select the right product for your project. We will be happy to assist you and answer all of your questions. Please keep in mind RAJACK HARDWARE is not a retail store and we do not sell retail to the general public. We are the actual manufacturer. So after all of the questions are asked and you have all the information needed please consult with your construction/design/hardware professional. This may be your architect, woodworker, cabinetmaker, general contractor, furniture supplier, door supplier, house builder or hardware specialist/consultant. Please see the list of retail sales showrooms that are very familiar with our products. If a hardware showroom that you visit often is not on the list please have them give us a call to discuss establishing a working relationship.

RAJACK manufacturers "Builders Hardware", which in most cases requires a construction/design professional. Generally hardware is manufactured using shop drawings, cut sheets, woodworking sketches etc. In most cases products are not shipped with what most people refer to as general instructions. Again we will assist you and your  hardware pro every step of the way.
